InfoRange Provides Simulation Environment for SYNESIS 2026 in Riga

Riga, Latvia – October 2026. InfoRange® is providing the simulation environment for SYNESIS 2026, an innovative, AI-enabled Strategic Communications (StratCom) live exercise hosted by the NATO Strategic Communications Centre of Excellence (NATO StratCom COE).

The civil-military, cross-sectoral exercise brings together expertise from different domains to strengthen collective resilience and improve the ability to counter hostile information influence operations and hybrid threats.

Realistic StratCom Training with AI-Enabled Simulation

At the heart of SYNESIS 2026 is the combination of AI-enabled agent systems, Audience Behaviour Modelling and real-time simulation through InfoRange.

The platform provides participants with a realistic digital information environment in which narratives, social media discussions, news coverage and audience reactions can evolve throughout the exercise.

This allows participating Blue Teams to test different approaches, observe the effects of their decisions and train their responses to complex information threats under realistic conditions.

The use of InfoRange in SYNESIS 2026 builds on our long-standing development cooperation with NATO StratCom COE, focused on making the information environment a realistic and integral part of military and civilian training.
